On Jan. 27, 2010, the Supreme Court, pursuant to PRM06-007-05, amended Rules 3.01(e), 3.04(a) and 4.01(d) of the Guam Rules Governing the Admission to the Practice of Law, effective immediately.


On Sept. 17, 2009, pursuant to PRM09-001-01, the Supreme Court approved pleading forms for use in the Self Represented Litigants - Self Help Computer Kiosks and the Access to Justice interactive software system.  These pleading sets include:

1.  Uncontested Divorce (no children of the
             marriage;

2.  Petition for Guardianship of a Minor (petitioner
            is a parent), and

3.  Petition for Guardianship of a Minor (petitioner
            is not a parent).


On Sept. 11, 2009, pursuant to PRM07-003-05, the Supreme Court amended Rule 10(c) of the Guam Rules of Appellate Procedures re Manner of Service appellate documents.
